Brian McNamara

General Manager

After over a decade as a broadcast engineer in Boston, Brian made the transition to television producing in Nashville with the critically acclaimed music television series The Road, on which he was the Audio Producer and Post Producer.

Throughout the 90s, he produced (including audio producing) several music series and specials such as At The Ryman, CMT Monday Night Concerts, Stone Country, Where Christmas Goes, Peace In The Valley, A Kathy Lee Gifford Christmas, as well as the Behind The Music spin-off series: BTM2.

While at VH-1, Brian moved from being a Coordinating Producer to the Director of West Coast Off-Air Marketing position due to an extensive background in event management.

Upon returning to Boston, Brian took on a position as a director for The Allen Roche Group, where he produced and directed the popular boating lifestyle series Port O’ Call, as well as numerous automotive spots. In addition, Brian brings an extensive facility management background with experience managing facilities in Boston, Nashville, and Los Angeles.

As Chief Operating Officer of MCfilmworks, Brian guides the strategic growth of the company, oversees the day-to-day operations, supervises the company’s post-production facility, and manages the Music Programming division. His recent credits include, Baldwin Hills and Harlem Heights for BET and Paint Misbehavin’ for TLC.
